Gone through the supplementary show-cause having been filed on behalf of contemnors annexed with annexures. After perusal of the same, more particularly, Annexure-B, it is apparent that petitioner has been given vacant possession over the land under dispute.

That being so, the instant petition has become infructuous whereupon the same is dropped.

In case, petitioner's interest is found at stake in future, then in that event, petitioner will be at liberty to take proper legal recourse so available to him.
