JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 31-07-2019 This contempt application was entertained and the opposite parties were called upon to file an affidavit as to what further developments have taken place.

The State has filed an affidavit and Paragraph 4 of the affidavit delineates the developments in this regard. Sub Paragraph (iii) of Paragraph 4 of the affidavit recites that as regards encroachment on the land of Khata No. 405, notices were issued against 34 encroachers where 23 pucca houses and shops were existing. The said process is on and for that in

Patna High Court MJC No.4522 of 2018(3) dt.31-07-2019 2/2 Paragraph 5 of the affidavit a prayer has been made to grant three months' time in order to complete the said process. We find this to be a reasonable compliance on the part of the opposite parties and their efforts made in this regard. The affidavit, therefore, satisfies the query raised by the Court and the opposite parties shall proceed to execute the same in accordance with law as per the affidavit filed by them. The contempt application stands accordingly disposed off.
