====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-11-2018 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to delete the prayer no.1.A, which is with regard to quashing of the entire SARFAESI proceeding.

Accordingly, the prayer no. 1A is directed to be deleted.

As far as the second prayer of the petitioner is concerned, i.e. to the effect that without authorization a sum of Rs. One crore and thirty lacs has been withdrawn from his account, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the appropriate authority for enquiry in the matter and if the petitioner approaches the said authority within a period of four weeks from today, the appropriate authority shall consider the grievances of the petitioner, make enquiry and

It is needless to state that this Court has not expressed opinion on the merits of the case.

The present writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
