The application is for grant of bail in connection with Kurhni PS case no. 91 of 2014 for the offence under Sections 366 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner was remanded in this case as he was accused in some other cases under Section 366 and other sections of Indian Penal Code. It is further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 25.10.2016.
Heard learned A.P.P. also. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail.
Having heard both sides. Considering the fact that there is direct allegation against the petitioner and he has several
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.794 of 2017 (2) dt.16-01-2017 2/2 criminal antecedent also, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. As such, his prayer for bail rejected at this stage. However, petitioner may renew his prayer for bail before the learned court below after framing of charge.
With these observations, this bail application is dismissed.
