2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 385 of 2021 dated 06.11.2021, lodged under Sections 489(A), (B), (C), (D)/ 34 of the I.P.C.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner has earlier been rejected vide order dated 03.08.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18042 of 2022.

4. Counsel for the petitioner submits that on the previous occasion report was called for and report has been received.

5. Upon perusal of the report, it transpires that after granting bail by this Court, one accused is absconding and there

6. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Therefore, the bail application of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
