2. The instance application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Sessions Trial No. 1079 of 2022 arising out of Teghra P.S. Case No. 94 of 2022 instituted for the offence u/s 364, 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by order dated 14.2.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51682 of 2022.

4. In pursuance to the direction of this Court, a report with regard to the present stage of trial has been received by which it appears that the trial is likely to be concluded within a period of nine months.

5. No fresh ground is made for reconsideration of the regular bail application of the petitioner as such, this application is rejected.

6. Accordingly, the application stands disposed off.

6. However, learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial a within period of six months, failing which, the petitioner may renew his prayer of bail.
