2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary corrections in Paragraph No. 1 of the bail petition in course of the day.

3. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Excise P.S. Case No. 808 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

4. As per allegation, the informant along with police personnel, during vehicle checking, searched a car bearing registration no. BR 19P 3330. On search, total 131.280 litres illegal liquor was recovered from the alleged vehicle.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64726 of 2024(2) dt.18-09-2024 2/2 the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner or from his house. The petitioner is under custody since 06.08.2024.

6. On the other hand, learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

7. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to furnish bail bond after two months from today and on doing so, the court below shall release the petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge (Excise-02), Purnea in connection with Excise P.S. Case No. 808 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
