JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-12-2018 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to add the General Manager, Claim, Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Limited, Patna as respondent no. 6 to the present writ petition.

Let the same be done during the course of the day. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case he is granted liberty to file a representation before the respondent no. 6 and the respondent no. 6 may be directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a specified time frame.

Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner shall file a representation before the respondent no. 6 regarding his grievances raised in the writ petition within a period of six weeks from today and the respondent no. 6 is directed to dispose

Patna High Court CWJC No.22894 of 2018(2) dt.21-12-2018 2/2 of the same within a period of 12 weeks thereafter. The writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms. It is needless to state that in case the respondent no. 6 does not pass the final order and pay the admitted dues within a period of 12 weeks from the date of filing of the representation by the petitioner, then the admitted dues shall carry an interest of 11 % per annum from the date the same became due up to the date of payment.
