The petitioner apprehends arrest in Bhawanipur P.S. Case No. 155 of 2015 dated 23.07.2015 instituted under Sections 458/354/323/147/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation against the petitioner is that after the co-accused Ajay Kumar had entered the house of the informant and touched her body, the petitioner came to her house in a group of 25-30 persons and after assault had dragged the informant. Learned counsel submits that the 'Bhabhi' of the informant has said that the petitioner was also one of the assailants. It is submitted that the petitioner has clean antecedent and there is also a counter case. Learned A.P.P. submits that petitioner also took part in assaulting the informant.

No.51967 of 2015 (2) dt.09-11-2015 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Clas, Purnea in Bhawanipur P.S.
