The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 421 of 2017 registered under Sections 30, 30(g), 38(1)(2) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57405 of 2017 (2) dt.29-11-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.D.J.II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 421 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
