Petitioner is in custody in connection with Kadam Kuan P.S. Case No. 455 of 2019 (Special Case No. 6292 of 2019) for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case total 11.6 liters of foreign liquor was seized. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 17.7.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal
