2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No. 300 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25 (91-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act; Sections 13,16, 17 and 18 of the National Security Act and Section 20 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Amendment Act, 2004.

3. The petitioner along with one naxal Vinay Ravidas @ Nut Bolt @ Sudhakar @ Purushottam Ravidas @ Ranjan Ravidas @ Subhash Yadav @ Gaurav Satyendra Ravidas @ Vidhayakji, was caught by the police on information and at their instance, illegal weapons were recovered from the house of one Satyendra Singh. They have been accused of demanding

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 07.10.2024 and is accused in five more cases of similar and serious nature.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is accused of demanding and collecting extortion, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
