JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court taking note of this fact that petitioner had shot fire causing firearm injury on the chest of the injured but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner is in jail custody since 09.03.2015 and the informant sustained simple injury though said to be caused by firearm.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of this fact that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51751 of 2015 (2) dt.16-12-2015 2/2 to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-III, Banka in connection with Sessions Trial No. 221 of 2015 arising out of Amarpur P.S. Case No. 138 of 2014.
