The petitioner while invoking the jurisdiction of this Court seeking a direction upon the respondents to ensure payment of all the death-cum-retiral benefits of her husband, who died in harness on 06.11.2021 while working as Lower Division Clerk in the office of the Child Development Project Officer, Lahladpur, Saran.
3. A counter affidavit on behalf of the respondent nos. 4 and 5 came to be filed with specific averments that the entire admissible amount has been calculated and process for
Patna High Court CWJC No.12975 of 2024 dt.25-06-2025 2/3 payment is going on. It would be apt and proper to encapsulate paragraph no. 6 thereof:
"6. That it would be relevant to disclose here that after getting knowledge of the claim/grievance of the petitioner, the answering respondent duly calculated the payable amount and payment was in process in favour of the Petitioner which is clear from following paragraphs:- Sl.

Considering the facts that the admissible amount under different head has already been sanctioned and process is going on, it would be apt and proper to dispose off the writ petition with a direction to the concerned respondent(s) to ensure payment of all the admissible death-cum-retiral benefits and arrears of salary, preferably within a period of eight weeks
