Patna High Court CWJC No.16889 of 2019(2) dt.20-08-2019 2/2 consistency, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Bihar School Examination Board to consider the case of the petitioner in the light of decision of the Division Bench in C.W.J.C.
