Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Co-accused Shiv Kumar Das suspected to have committed murder of son of the informant for the reason that Shiv Kumar Das was carrying extra marital relation with the wife of the deceased. During investigation of the case, Shiv Kumar Das confessed before the police that the petitioner was also involved in the murder. Shiv Kumar Das has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 19.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13347 of 2019. No.56475 of 2019(2) dt.09-09-2019 2/2 named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Mansoorchak Police Station Case No. 80 of 2018, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the learnedcourt below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (b) Both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
