2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 354(A), 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, on 10.08.2018 (evening), these petitioners alongwith other co-accused persons passed some vulgar comments against wife of informant and on protest, all of them assaulted informant and his wife, due to

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that for the same occurrence, the informant has filed two F.I.Rs. Prior to this F.I.R., an F.I.R., vide Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 377 of 2018, was lodged on 11.08.2018, in which, petitioners have already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court, vide order dated 20.05.2019 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 32929 of 2019 (Annexure P/3 to the bail petition). Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that both parties are co-villagers and next door neighbours and due to petty dispute, a simple Maarpeet took place between them, in which both sides sustained injuries.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Danapur, District - Patna / concerned Court in connection with Naubatpur Police Station Case No. 391 of 2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of
