JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-02-2019 By the impugned orders passed by the Commissioner, Darbhanga Division, Darbhanga, and Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Sadar Darbhanga, it has been held that since the dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents relates to question of title, it can be adjudicated upon by a Civil Court of competent jurisdiction. The petitioner is claiming her right over a piece of land on the basis of registered sale deed on a particular side of the property. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the dispute of the said nature cannot be said to be the dispute

This application is completely misconceived. The Commissioner and the Deputy Collector have rightly recorded that the kind of dispute, which the petitioner has raised, can be adjudicated upon only by a Civil Court of competent jurisdiction.

This application is accordingly dismissed.
