The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Gaunaha P.S. Case No. 189 of 2021 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that there is case and counter case between the parties. Both the parties have sustained injuries in the alleged occurrence. He also submits that petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 189 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
