The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 150 of 2017 registered under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. itself that petitioner has falsely been made accused in this case. On perusal of Seizure List, it appears that the incriminating articles have been recovered from the possession of other person. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50601 of 2017 (4) dt.20-12-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 7th Additional Sessions-cum-Special Judge, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 150 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
