JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 17-10-2019 Petitioner is aggrieved on account of non-payment of salary for the period October, 2015 to January, 2016. Learned counsel submits that petitioner is regularly getting salary from February, 2016.
Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Programme Officer, Saharsa to verify the record and if it is found that the petitioner has regularly worked for the period October, 2015 to January, 2016, he shall pass appropriate order for payment of salary after verification of the record.
Patna High Court CWJC No.24403 of 2018(2) dt.17-10-2019 2/2 Necessary decision in this regard may be taken by the District Programme Officer, Saharsa within a maximum period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
