2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 352, 303(2), 109(1), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per F.I.R, on 02.05.2025 at about 07:00 PM, this petitioner along with other F.I.R named persons abused and assaulted the informant. It is further alleged that after pacifying the situation when the police left, all the accused persons named in the F.I.R looted articles of the house and snatched mangalsutra and gold earring of Sabita Devi and Lalita Devi.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to previous dispute, quarrel took place between the parties.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59811 of 2025(2) dt.04-09-2025 2/2 Allegation of assault is general and omnibus against this petitioner. Doctor has found the injury simple in nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering the backdrop of the case, nature of injury, clean antecedent of this petitioner and other circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of J.M.F.C. Cum A.M., Begusarai in connection with Matihani P. S. Case No. 81 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
