JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It appears from perusal of the first information report itself that there was land dispute between the parties. Furthermore, it would appear from Annexure-2 to this petition that there is case and counter case between the parties and both parties making allegation of assault against each others. Moreover, petitioner is said to have given rod blow to injured, Gulabi Devi, who sustained simple injury, said to be caused by hard and blunt substance. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
