Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Suit was of the year 2006 and after completion of the evidence, the suit was fixed for argument. However, the plaintiff has filed an application for comparing the signature of the plaintiff over the written statement and Vakalatnama filed in the suit, which has been allowed with cost and due to that the disposal of the suit is being delayed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits to dispose of this Miscellaneous application with direction to the learned Court below to expedite the disposal of the Suit No. 54 of 2006. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner and in the interest of justice, this Miscellaneous
