2. The unfortunate part of the case is that the petitioner had qualified all through the test as also twice in the long jump but in the third attempt, she fractured her leg and as such was disqualified.

3. After treatment, she appeared before the respondents but since the process was over, her case was not considered.

4. Left with no alternative, this writ petition.

5. Mr. Anurag Saurabh, learned Counsel appearing for 'the Commission' submits that though it is unfortunate that the lady in her third attempt, fractured her leg and could not participate, the fact remains that the matter is of 2018 and the entire process has now been completed and in that backdrop, no relief can be extended to her.

6. As the petitioner is unrepresented, the respondents have clarified the matter that the process has been completed, the writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that she may pursue the matter with 'the Commission' if she so wants who may consider her case sympathetically.
