JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-05-2023 The limited prayer of the petitioner in the present case is to direct the Circle Officer, Ghorasahan, District-East Champaran to dispose off the pending Encroachment Case No. 1 of 2018-19.

The learned counsel for the respondentState submits that in case the aforesaid encroachment proceedings are still pending, the same would be concluded within a stipulated time frame, as fixed by this Court.
