2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 305 (a) and 331 ( 4 ) of BNS.
3 . F.I.R. was lodged against unknown for the theft of cash and jewellery from the house of informant.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged. The name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation in confessional statement of co-accused persons. No incriminating article has been recovered from possession of petitioner. Except confessional statement, there is nothing on record to show the complicity of this petitioner in the alleged

6 Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned JMFC 1st Class Begusarai in connection with Singhaul P.S. Case No. 102 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 . (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
