ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 01-10-2024 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has stated that the petitioner has given a representation dated 09.08.2024 ventilating his grievance to the respondent authority and prayed this Hon'ble Court that the Respondent No. 4 may be directed to consider the said representation.

2. Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already

Patna High Court CWJC No.13712 of 2024(2) dt.01-10-2024 2/2 given a representation to the Respondent No. 4 ventilating his grievance, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 4 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner in accordance with law.

3. It is needless to mention that before passing any order the petitioner as well as the Respondent No. 7 shall be put on notice and considered the objections of the Respondent No. 7, if any. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. Any order passed shall be communicated to the party.

4. With the above directions, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of.
