The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Amarpur P. S. Case No. 382 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, the petitioner and other FIR named accused came from the house abusing the informant and caused threats to him to implicate him in false case and to pull down his uniform and after throwing bricks and stones fled away. Submission is of false implication and that the petitioner has filed application against one Sanjeev Sharma before the S.P. and the inquiry was entrusted to the informant but he did not make proper inquiry and when the petitioner asked him, he implicated the petitioner in the false case and as such the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49502 of 2017(2) dt.18-10-2017 2/2 petitioner deserves sympathetic consideration. Learned APP opposes the prayer of pre-arrest bail. In the facts and circumstances stated above, the petitioner above named, in case of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be released on bail on execution of bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Amarpur P. S. Case No. 382 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
