The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 364A/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission is that though allegation is of kidnapping for ransom but fact is that the informant had taken money through his maternal uncle from several person for managing installation of mobile towers. However, he misappropriated the money. Hence, he was detained for one day only by some other person just to recover the money.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the statement of the petitioner on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55767 of 2019(2) dt.05-09-2019 2/2 bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Courtbelow where the case is pending in connection with Nasriganj P.S. Case No.113 of 2019, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
