This writ petition has been filed for quashing the order of termination bearing Memo No. 85 dated 14.06.2021 (Annexure-3), issued by the respondent No.8 / the Panchayat Secretary, Gram Panchayat Raj, Itahari, Block- Gogri, DistrictKhagaria, whereby the services of the petitioner as Panchayat Teacher has been terminated.

3. In view of the Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Dispute Redressal and Appeal) Rules,

Patna High Court CWJC No.15580 of 2022(4) dt.23-04-2025 2/2 2020 and the decision rendered by this Court in C.W.J.C. 10222 of 2022 in the case of Rani Kumari Vs. the State of Bihar & Ors. and other analagous cases, this writ petition is hereby disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the concerned District Appellate Authority for redressal of the grievances raised in the present writ petition.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above directions.
