This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Jalalgarh P.S. Case No. 84/2017, disclosing offences under Sections 363 and 370/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner appears to be correct in his submission that implication of the petitioner is on mere suspicion and nothing else.

It has been submitted that the petitioner shall present herself before the police or court as and when required. Considering the facts aforesaid, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48910 of 2017 (2) dt.17-11-2017 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Jalalgarh P.S. Case No. 84/2017, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present herself before the police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on her part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, her bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled.
