Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner No.1, namely, Niranjan Kumar submits that after considering the submission of the petitioner No.1 in the Court below, the bail bond of the petitioner has already been accepted and as such the present modification application has become infructuous. However, considering the fact that the name of the father of the petitioner No.1 has incorrectly spelt as Junkhi Sahni in place of Junarvi Sahni and in support of the said fact, the petitioner has brought on record that the said correction is required, because, in the F.I.R. the name of the father of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69524 of 2021(2) dt.19-01-2022 2/2 petitioner has been spelt as Junkhi Sahni, whereas in the impugned order the same has been spelt as Junarvi Sahani. Learned counsel further submits that considering the aforesaid fact, the learned Court below has accepted the bail bonds of the petitioner No.1 and further submits that the order is also required to be modified to the said extent.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner No.1, Niranjan Kumar, the order dated 17.11.2021 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 18702 of 2021 is corrected to the extent that the name of the father of petitioner No.1 Niranjan Kumar be read as "Junarvi Sahni @ Junkhi Sahni " in place of "Junkhi Sahni".

With the aforesaid modification in the order dated 17.11.2021 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 18702 of 2021 this application stands disposed of.
