JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02/ 06.11.2015 It is pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioner that in prayer portion of the petition in place of Sri Amit Anand, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Begusarai in Birpur P.S. case no. 110/2014, it has wrongly been typed as Addl. Sessions Judge VIII, Begusarai in Sessions Trial no. 92/2015 arising out of Birpur P.S. case no. 110/2014 and the same defect has occurred in order no.3 dated 27.10.2015.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer portion of the petition within course of the day and similarly, in order no. 3 dated 27.10.2015 in place of Addl. Sessions Judge VIII, Begusarai in Sessions Trial no. 92/2015 arising out of Birpur P.S. case no. 110/2014, it be read as Sri Amit Anand, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Begusarai in Birpur P.S. case no. 110/2014.

Accordingly, the above stated order dated 27.10.2015 stands modified to the above stated extent.
