JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-03-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 205/2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are said to have obtained job on the basis of forged documents. However, it is informed that petitioners have already been terminated. It is also informed that several cases were lodged against the several persons and in other cases, several persons have already been granted privilege of

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, it is ordered that above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/ surrender within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 6th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur (Bhabua) in Kudra P.S. Case No. 205/2019 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
