2. The petitioner had appeared for Intermediate (Science) Examination held by the Bihar School Examination Board in the year 2018. Being not satisfied with the award of the marks, he had applied for scrutiny. The Boiard has not found any change to be made in the marks already awarded to the petitioner. He has, accordingly, filed this application for a direction to the Bihar School Examination Board to re-evaluate his Chemistry and Mathematics papers and publish the result. He is also seeking a direction to provide copies of the said answer-sheets.

3. The petitioner has invoked Right to Information Act for scrutiny of the copies of the answer-sheets. If the Board, despite filing of application under the Right to Information Act has not supplied the answer-sheets, the petitioner has remedy of appeal before the appellate authority under the Right to Information Act.

4. However, in the facts and circumstances of the case, I direct the Bihar School Examination Board to get the petitioner answer-sheets scanned and sent to the email I.D. of the learned counsel for the petitioner, i.e., fakhruddinaliahmad14@Gmail.com within four weeks from today.

5. This disposes of the application.
