Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Giriyak (Katrisarai) PS Case No.47/19 , registered for offences punishable under 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66 of the I.T.Act.

On information that on line transaction is going on, the police raided the house of Babu Lal Mistry, some persons succeeded in fleeing away while one person was arrested who disclosed the name of the petitioner and there is recovery of one mobile from Sourab Kumar.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except the statement of Sourabh Kumar there is nothing against him and he has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM I, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Giriyak (Katrisarai) PS Case No.47 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
