2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, on 22.04.2024 at about 5 PM, son of informant went to the house of co-accused Akhilesh Manjhi and demanded his due amount i.e. Rs. 15,000/-, then co-accused Akhilesh Manjhi and Chhathiya Devi abused him and threatened to kill and on protest, these two coaccused persons along with these petitioners assaulted son of informant with Lathi, Danda, Fists & Fats, as a result of which, son of informant died on spot.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as per F.I.R. itself, specific accusation is against co-accused Akhilesh Manjhi and Chhathiya Devi. So far as these petitioners are concerned, there is general and omnibus allegation. Petitioners are ladies and have been falsely implicated in this case merely because they happen to be family members of coaccused Akhilesh Manjhi.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Sadar, East Champaran in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 111 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. / Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
