JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 10-02-2016 The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 09.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50767 of 2015 by which the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail.

2. It is submitted that the order dated 09.11.2015 granting six weeks' time for surrendering the petitioner before the learned court below and furnishing bail bonds for grant of anticipatory bail could be complied beyond time only by one day as the petitioner was unable to arrange the requisite amount within time.

3. For the reasons stated in this modification petition, the same is allowed and the order dated 09.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50767 of 2015 stands modified to the extent that the time granted for surrender before the learned Court below is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3473 of 2016 (2) dt.10-02-2016 2/2 extended by two weeks from the date of receipt /production of a copy of this order.
