2. The petitioners seek regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections Section 341 , 323 , 324, 307, 504, 506, 379, 447 and 34 of IPC .

3 . As per the prosecution case , informant namely , Ramchander Rai alleged that on 29.10.2023 at about 10:00 AM, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners got into an altercation with the informant regarding a land dispute and assaulted the informant with weapons and caused multiple injuries. When son of the informant intervened, he was also assaulted by the accused persons.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that on account of land dispute , a dispute arose between both the parties which led to maarpeet between them in which both sides sustained injuries. Case and counter case . Petitioner is in custody since 01.06.2025 .

5 . Learned counsel for the State as well as informant opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case , case and counter case , period of custody and other circumstances of the case , prayer for regular bail of the petitioners is allowed. Let the petitioners, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court of SDJM Bettiah West Champaran in connection with Nautan P. S. Case No. 469 of 2023 .
