2. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 17.05.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33307 of 2024 for extension of time for furnishing bail bonds of the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail on 17.05.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33307 of 2024 and petitioner was working at Punjab for livelihood so he could not come to his native place within time and could not surrender within the stipulated period of six weeks. He seeks ten days time for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65080 of 2024(2) dt.20-09-2024 2/2 surrender and furnish bail bonds.

4.In the light of aforesaid facts and circumstances, the time granted for surrender is extended by ten days from today, in connection with Excise P.S. Case No. 93 of 2021 to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise Court No. II, Samastipur.

5. Rest of the condition as stipulated in the order dated 17.05.2024 shall remain as it is.

6. Accordingly, the modification application is allowed.
