JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-12-2018 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 27.10.2018 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, East, Muzaffarpur, whereby and where under the P.D.S. license of the shop of the petitioner has been cancelled, by filing an appeal.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal against the order dated 27.10.2018 and in case an appeal is filed within a period of two weeks from today, the appellate authority shall examine and dispose of the same on merits within a period of 18 weeks thereafter.
