JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 30-10-2018 The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner has an alternative remedy by way of approaching the District Teachers Appellate Authority, Patna, hence, on the ground of availability of alternative remedy, the present writ petition is fit not to be entertained.
In view of the aforesaid stand taken by the learned counsel appearing for the State, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to seek redressal of his grievances before the District Teachers Appellate Authority, Patna.
