JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-11-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Barh P.S. Case No.86 of 2017, registered under Sections 420, 406, 323, 341 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is that the informant had supplied Masur to the accused persons and they promised to pay Rs.10,00,000/- but later on the accused persons had refused to pay the amount.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that two cheques of Rs.5,00,000/- each, the due payment, was earlier made and in that view compromise too has been filed by the informant

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, let petitioners, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh (Patna) in connection with Barh P.S. Case No.86 of 2017, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Arun Kumar, J.) S.Kumar/- U T
