The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kotwali P.S. Case No. 448 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 328, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner tried to commit murder of his father by administering poison. Counsel for State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the doctor has found symptoms of salphas in the body of informant when he was medically examined.

Considering the facts aforesaid and gravity of offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) vinita/- U T
