JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-11-2016 After some argument, Sri Aditya Narayan Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of Sri G.S.Gupta, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor as well as Sri Rajesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel, who has appeared on behalf of Opp.Party no.2, makes a prayer for disposal of the present petition, so that the petitioner may appear before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail.

The prayer is allowed.

The petition stands disposed of with observation that if within six weeks from today the petitioner appears before the court below and makes a prayer for regular bail, the learned court below without being prejudiced with this order may examine the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
