The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Revelganj P.S. Case No. 174 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 384 and 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the specific allegation against the petitioners that they assaulted the informant with fasuli and iron rod causing injury to him, I am not inclined to grant them anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory
