Petitioner is in jail custody since 22.08.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379/395/412 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named but in course of investigation one co-accused Madhu Kumar was arrested and stolen articles were recovered from his conscious possession. The aforesaid coaccused Madhu Kumar confessed his guilt before Police disclosing the name of his associates including petitioner. It appears that except the above stated confessional statement of co-accused, there is nothing against the petitioner. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. No.53176 of 2015 (2) dt.24-11-2015 P2/2 submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Railway Judicial Magistrate, Sonepur at Saran in connection with Muzaffarpur Rail P.S. Case No. 46 of 2015.
