This application has been filed for modification of the judgment and order dated 17.05.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No.4823 of 2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court vide judgment and order dated 17.05.2019 granted 30 days time to the petitioner to file an appeal but, due to personal reason the appeal could not be filed and makes a prayer for further 30 days time for the same.

Accordingly, 30 days further time, from today, is granted to the petitioner to file appeal before the Appellate Authority. However, it is made clear that we will not extend further time on any ground. Accordingly, the judgment and order dated 17.05.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 4823 of 2019 is modified to the above extent.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
