JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 30-07-2018 In view of the subsequent development whereby the respondents have enhanced the age of superannuation as 65 years, the present writ application has lost its utility and as such the respondents are hereby directed to work out the entitlement of the petitioner, treating the petitioner to continue as teacher up to the age of 65 years within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
